Description
Project consists of a new 6,800 square foot fire station (FS 56) located on the west side of Lovers Lane, approximately 400 ft south of Tulare Avenue. The new building construction is a combination of concrete, masonry, steel, and wood. Portions of the existing site are being demolished to facilitate construction of the new facility. The project includes development of 0.82acres of site improvements around the building including curb, gutter, sidewalk, paving, and concrete driveways. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time (365 calendar days after the date established in the Notice to Proceed for commencement of the Work). All questions regarding this Project must be submitted in writing via fax or email by September 9, 2022 by 5:00pm.
