Description
The La Media Road Improvements Project proposes to improve La Media Road from SR-905 to Siempre Viva Road. The ultimate facility will be designed as a six-lane primary arterial between SR-905 and Airway Road and a five lane major road between Airway Road and Siempre Viva Road with three southbound lanes and two northbound lanes. The proposed improvements enhance safety, provide congestion relief, and provide an improved access road for freight trucks to Otay Mesa Port of Entry. Questions received less than 14 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be considered. Project duration is 375 working days. Mandatory SLBE - ELBE subcontractor participation percentages (25.1% in total) apply. SLBE 11.0%, ELBE 14.1%
