Description
The Project consists of the Thornton Pump Station, Flow Control Facility, closure/demolition of the existing Thornton Wastewater Treatment Facilities and construction of approximately 11,000 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer force main and 2,000 feet of 15-inch gravity sewer with manholes connecting the Thornton Pump Station to SASD Pump Station S0147. HUD DBE and Section 3 participation requirements.
