Description
The Project consists of installation of non-bearing wood framed walls as indicated on plans. Modify water and electrical utilities within classroom spaces for reconnection or relocation. Install and repair gypsum board surfaces to match existing construction at new walls. Install accessory casework with sinks as indicated on plans. Make provisions for appliance utility connection. Appliances provided by District. Touch up paint and install wall base at areas of work. Install room identification and tactile exit signage.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
