Description
Prequalified Bidder is seeking DBE subcontractors on the above project. The work is located north of the City of Lodi. The work, in general, consists of removal and replacement of the existing roadway section, including removal of existing pipe culverts and installation of pre-cast box culverts to convey existing drainage flows across Kennefick Road. There is no minimum DBE participation goal for this project/contract; however, the contractor shall make a good faith effort to utilize DBE contractors in accordance with Title 2 § 200.321 of the Code of Federal Regulations. DBE Documentation must be submitted by all bidders or the Department will find the bidder's bid non-responsive.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
