Subcontractor Opportunities - Enhanced Recharge in the Santa Ana River Basins - Phase 1B, Highland, CA

The work under this Contract is the Enhanced Recharge in the Santa Ana River Basins - Phase 1B. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials to construct: Recharge Basins: Two new groups of recharge basins (A and B) (total of 20 basins) will be constructed to provide additional recharge capacity for the project. Channel Extension: Approximately 7,000 feet of new earthen rip rap lined channel to convey water to the proposed new recharge basins. Access roads. Concrete Structures: Proposed concrete structures include, but not limited to: Drop structures, Channel to basin weir structures, Inter-basin structures, Concrete aprons to mitigate scour within the recharge basins, Concrete channel section across the MWD easement limits, and Concrete diversion structure to send water to Dike D. Channel to Basin Piping: Construction of 48-inch diameters reinforced concrete pipes (RCP) from the concrete diversion structures in the channel to the recharge basins. Inter-Basin and Outlet Piping: Construction of 48-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipes (RCP) inter-basin and outlet piping. Modification of Existing Recharge Basins: Construction of inter-basin and outlet piping and concrete structures through existing berms including 48-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipes (RCP). Culvert consisting of five pipes with upstream and downstream concrete headwalls and approach slab to cross the existing East Valley MWD Well 125 Pipeline. Instrumentation and Controls including solar panels, batteries, RTU, antennas, pressure transducers, conduits and wiring. Deadline for questions is January 5, 2023 by 5:00pm.
