Description
Construct concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, ADA compliant curb ramps, crosswalks, relocation of existing signage, installation of additional pavement striping and markings and modify existing driveway approaches at several locations as shown on the plans and other related improvements along Beachwood Drive. The Contractor must perform, place, construct, or install other items and details not mentioned that are required of the plans under the Standard Specifications and Special Provisions. Complete work within 45 working days. Buy America Clause. Questions via email to Owner due 4 business days prior to bid opening. DBE Goal 23%.
