Description
The intent of the College is to prequalify and select State of Florida licensed certified contractors to provide commercial paint services related work outlined in this Request for Qualifications. In assigning the work, consideration may be given to the firm’s ability to complete the work in the required time frame and cost, on the basis of experience with similar jobs and/or past/current performance on other jobs. The work consists of miscellaneous painting, repairing, preparing, refinishing, pressure cleaning, sealing, sandblasting, caulking, grouting, carpentry, waterproofing and other related work at various MDC facilities. At the Owner’s sole option, the contract may be renewed on a year-to-year basis for two (2) consecutive additional one-year periods. This is a non-exclusive contract, with no guaranteed minimum.
