RFQ Annual Contract: On-Call PW Engineering Consulting Services, Vallejo, CA

Scope of Services On-Call Engineering Consulting Services for the following categories: 1. Civil Engineering Design 2. Construction Management (Fed) 3. Geotechnical Engineering & Material Testing 4. Hazardous Materials 5. Architectural Design 6. Project Management (Fed) 7. Traffic Engineering (Fed) 8. Structural Engineering 9. Stormwater Management 10. Landscape Architect 11. Surveying. This solicitation is not for specific projects, but for specific services in the categories listed above. The City intends to enter into on-call agreements with selected consultants for an initial term of up to two (2) years. The Agreement amount for each selected consultant is not to exceed $500,000 to $1,000,000 depending on the category. Services are to be provided, on an as-needed basis, over a two-year contract term. The term may be extended with two, one-year extensions, or as necessary, to continue a project under design or construction upon approval by the Public Works Director. Extensions beyond this four (4) year maximum will be subject to City Council approval. Questions Due 3/10/23.
