Description
This project includes demo of existing asphalt drive lane to be re-paved and striped. Grind top layer of asphalt parking lot to be overlaid and restriped. Replace existing parking lot lighting. Demo existing site walk and landscape area at school entry. New concrete site walk and landscape areas. New fencing around bicycle enclosure and kitchen can-was area. Replace miscellaneous existing site fences and gates. Time for completion is 130 calendar days, First day at site is MAy 30, 2023. DVBE goal is 3%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
