Description
The Hilltop Water Tank Rafter Repair scope of work consists of: 1) remove and replace twelve (12) c-channel upper rafters; 2) repair the remaining rafters; 3) recoat all rafters, interior roof, and appurtenances with three (3) coats of epoxy; 4) inspect and patch the interior coating as needed; 5) install a new cathodic protection system to prevent corrosion; 6) install new seismic valve actuator; 7) install new target and float; 8) reuse/replace seismic cross bracings; 9) replace 200 steel fasteners; 10) replace all gaskets; and 11) lower the overflow three (3) feet for seismic mitigation. The expected completion date is 120 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
