Description
Scope of work: The project consists of the exterior painting of building 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, cafeteria building, and portable. Exterior painting of all fences, gates, benches, bike racks, doors inside and outside, windows, roof vents, HVAC enclosure covers, and portables railing. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to the District (Owner). Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening Bids may it be answered. DVBE goal is 3%. Anticipated Notice to Proceed date: June 23, 2023. Project completion date: August 9, 2023.
