Description
Contractor is to furnish labor, material, and equipment to repair loose plaster cracking at the exterior first level of the Science Building and as identified in the attached architectural elevation sheets A‐400 and A‐401(see the shaded areas). The shaded area represents the panels that will receive the elastomeric coating after the plaster repairs are completed. The Contract Time is 53 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed to Final Completion. Pre-Bid Questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted to the District by 5:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 7, 2023. DVBE goal is 3%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
