Description
The work to be done consists of demolition of existing hardscape, restroom building, site furnishings, select landscaping and trees to make room for new improvements. New improvements will generally include concrete flatwork, site walls, lighting, landscaping, playground equipment, splash pad, new stage and amphitheater building, new restroom building, ramps, stairs, fencing, signage, and storm drain improvements. The existing gazebo shall remain in place. Off-site improvements will consist of new curb, gutter, sidewalk, and striping along “N” Street and Kern Avenue. The project is located at the northeast corner of Kern Avenue and “M” Street. Contractor shall complete all work contained in the construction documents within 365 calendar days. Questions due by 7/14/2023, 5:00pm. MBE goal 28.3%, FBE goal 6.9%.
