Description
The improvements will consist of demolition of a masonry block restroom building and concrete flatwork, installation of a new 202 sq. ft. building, water, sewer, electrical connections, chain link fencing and gates, concrete flatwork and ramp, and relocation of existing irrigation controller. Special Requirements Apply Please see M/WBE & Section 3 requirements contained in this bid package. If any bidder wishes to review and ask questions about the Section 3 requirements to fully understand what pre-bid outreach is required to demonstrate that the bidder made good faith efforts for participation by minority business enterprises and hiring low income/public housing residents, the City will hold an information pre-bid meeting if a request is received prior to 2:00 PM, July 12, 2023. Construction Time: 45 Days. Questions due by 07/19/2023 2:00 pm. LBE goal 5%.
