Engineering and ROW Services for Upper Skyway Widening & Connectivity/Go Paradise: Skyway Link Project, Paradise, CA

Description: The Town of Paradise (Town) requests proposals from experienced consultants (Proposer) to provide the following services: conduct/prepare Project Approval and Environmental Documentation (PA&ED) activities; coordinate the public outreach process; prepare Plans, Specifications and Engineer’s Estimates (PS&E); provide Right of Way (ROW) support; coordinate with regulatory agencies; coordinate with Town staff in the preparation of the PA&ED, PS&E, and ROW acquisition packages; provide bid support services; and provide design support during construction services for the Upper Skyway Widening Project and the Skyway Connectivity/Go Paradise: Skyway Link Project (Skyway Link). This RFP requires a full-service team with the understanding and ability to deliver a wide range of services including but not limited to project management, preparation of environmental studies/permitting, public outreach, preliminary and final engineering, right-of-way engineering, appraisal and acquisition services, preparation of construction documents, cost estimation, bidding assistance, and construction support. The Town of Paradise plans to move forward with both projects concurrently starting in fall of 2023 and progressing through construction in 2026-2027. Questions due by 08/24/2023, 4:00 pm.
