Description
Notice is hereby given that the Union School District will receive sealed bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Union Middle School Buildings B, C, G, & L HVAC Replacement Project. The Contract Time shall be September 19, 2023, to June 12, 2024 for Procurement of materials, June 12, 2024, to August 7, 2024, fifty-nine (57) calendar days for construction, and liquidated damages for delay shall accrue.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
