Description
Furnish all labor, materials, power, equipment, tools, transportation, temporary shoring, and supervision necessary to construct, complete in place, portions of timber deck, install 4 treated timber piles, repair gravity utility lines, install miscellaneous metal work hardware, repair/replace utility hangers, provide environmental protection, demolish and dispose of various elements including utilities, and other incidental items, provide a temporary generator, install new electrical components, switchboards, panels, and rewiring, and miscellaneous architectural work at the electrical room. Deadline for questions is August 23, 2023 by 12:00pm. SBE goal is 5%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
