Description
The City of Fairfield, in cooperation with the City of Benicia, is seeking qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide engineering design, environmental, and construction support services for the Lopes Road & Water Pipeline Reconstruction Project. This Request for Proposals ( RFP) has been designed to ensure that engineering design services are procured pursuant to a fair, competitive selection process based on demonstrated competence and the professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the services required. All written requests for RFP clarifications must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 8, 2023.
