Description
The work to be performed consists, in general, of sewer, water, and storm drain installation, removal and replacement of pavement, constructing sidewalks, curb & gutter, and striping. Other such items and details not mentioned herein that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications or these Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or detailed. The Contract shall be signed within 14 calendar days; not including Sundays and legal holidays, after receipt of the Notice of Award, and work shall be completed within 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
