Description
The Work of this contract will generally consist of: abatement of lead and asbestos containing materials by a qualified abatement contractor; removal and replacement of concrete barriers and tubular hand railing; removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks and bridge deck; removal and replacement of street lighting; cleaning and painting the steel I-girders and other steel members; replacement of bearings; temporary installation of small cofferdam around 1 column of eastern bridge bent; removal and replacement of unsound concrete; removal and replacement of water mainline pipe; utility relocation; minor AC paving work; minor signing and striping work; and appurtenant work as required. The contract shall allow the Contractor 180 working days to complete the contract. Deadline for questions is October 11, 2023 by 10:00am. DBE goal is 20%.
