Description
The work shall include, but not be limited to, the construction of the following: a building of approximately 785 square feet with an A-frame roof to house a booster pump station consisting of skid mounted centrifugal pumps, including three (3) pumps at 500 gallons per minute (gpm), and two (2) pumps at 28 gpm, all on variable frequency drives (VFDs); a 750-gallon bladder surge tank; connection to existing recycled water system; monorail; electrical equipment including transformer, switchboard, motor control center (MCCs); building mechanical; structural and architectural components; site fencing, new parking spots; application of slurry seal on parking area; drainage; educational exhibits, including all other appurtenances. The Work will be completed in all respects within 285 calendar days from the Notice-To-Proceed.
