Description: Site work bid package. New transitional kindergarten buildings at Pleasant, Garden and Maple Elementary School, Tulare, CA. The “Work” shall include all labor, materials, services and equipment necessary for the Contractor to fulfill all of its obligations pursuant to the Contract Documents, including but not limited to punch list items and submission of documents. Contract Time as follows: Garden Elementary and Maple Elementary Schools for completion of Building Earthwork and Pad: Forty-two (42 ) calendar days. Construction completion time: One hundred twenty-four (124) calendar days. Pleasant Elementary School for completion of Building Earthwork and Pad: Fifty-six (56) calendar days. Construction completion time: One hundred ninety-four (194) calendar days. Questions via telephone or fax to Owner.
