Fire Station 44 has been in service for over 80 years and many repairs have been made over its existence, however critical items to the building have exceeded their life cycle. The Fire Station 44 Facility Repairs project includes re-roofing, exterior painting, lighting upgrades, and fencing. A mandatory site walk is scheduled for prospective bidders to view the site and gain an understanding of the particulars of the project. Deadline for questions is OCtober 9, 2023 by 3:00pm.
