TxDOT - Professional Services Contract - Indefinite Deliverable Contract, El Paso, San Antonio & Statewide, TX

Traffic Engineering and ITS services for the El Paso and San Antonio districts, and statewide capacity in the urban and rural districts. Indefinite Deliverable Contracts; Non-Federal Process without Interview - with HUB Goal. The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) intends to enter into 14 indefinite deliverable contracts with prime providers for the following type of services: traffic engineering studies and designs including: traffic signal studies, signal warrant analyses, speed zone studies, origin and destination studies, parking supply and demand studies, travel time and delay studies, capacity analysis studies, traffic safety studies, traffic projections, , traffic signal timing studies, traffic operations evaluations, asset management collection and support, traffic simulation, traffic signal system integration, utility engineering investigations, traffic signal design, signing and pavement marking design, illumination design, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) planning studies, ITS design, ITS standard sheet and specification development, surveying, minor roadway design, minor drainage design, and construction phase services. It is expected at the time of the solicitation that work will be primarily in the San Antonio and El Paso districts, but work may be required in other districts.
