Description
The objective of the project to improve the existing San Joaquin Pipeline (SJPL) System by lowering the maximum pressure experienced by SJPL System during a surge event. This contract is Phase 3 of the SJPL Valve and Safe Entry Improvements and will install a surge pipeline and tower at the western most end of the SJPL System at Tesla Portal. LBE goal is 9%.
