Renovations: The Stack Center – Phase 1 Project is located at: 28200 Ruus Road in the City of Hayward, California. The project construction consists, in general, of: Site improvements at 28377 Huntwood Avenue, the west end of Tennyson Park for a new 24,500 SF plaza and bioretention area; renovation and remodel of the existing community center at 28200 Ruus Road and conversion to a daycare/preschool; partial demolition of existing structures and related infrastructure and replacement with a new 17,000 SF parking lot and landscape site improvements at 680 West Tennyson Road, in Hayward, CA. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: legal abatement of hazardous materials, removal of site structures, demolition of portions of the existing building, construction of new interior tenant improvements, replacement of existing window systems and new windows and doors as noted, new exterior improvements, and structure, mechanical, electrical plumbing and life safety improvements, and associated site work; and other work required by the project drawings and project manual. The work is to reach Final Completion within two hundred sixty-six (266) calendar days. Deadline for questions is November 14, 2023 by 4:00pm.
