Description

The City of Santa Ana PFAS Water Treatment Plant Well 31 project generally consists of the following major components. The contractor is required to demonstrate its experience of successfully completing construction of two separate pressurized water treatment projects within the past 10 years such as, but not limited to, granular activated carbon, ion exchange, surge tanks, membrane filtration, and/or pressurized filtration. Take delivery and install District furnished Dual Media Pressure Vessel systems and Ion Exchange resin media at the Water Treatment Plant including pressure testing, disinfection, and bacteria testing. Furnish and install or construct a cartridge filters system, booster pump, grading, paving, concrete, piping, masonry walls, etc. for the PFAS Water Treatment Plant. ELectrical and instrumentation: Electrical equipment and facilities, and instrumentation equipment and facilities at the new water treatment plant. Instrumentation and control systems shall be integrated with the existing SCADA system. Provide all commissioning and start-up services. All work must be substantially completed within 300 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
