Description
The Project consists of: Selective demolition and construction necessary for the limited scope modernization at Lakewood Elementary School, Lodi, CA as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. Generally, these categories of work involve the following scope: New parking lot, associated underground and new adjacent walkways as indicated. New bus turnout lane at N. Ham lane and new walkways at west side of site as indicated. New concrete driveway at the existing rolling vehicle gate at Turner Road. DVBE goal is 3%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
