Description
The Project consists generally of the following major items, the project objective is to divert flow from an intermittent stream from private property into the Right of Way via a new pipe system and diverter. Once in the ROW, the new system will replace the current stormwater system and run it further down Dresden Lane approximately 350 feet and daylight to the existing channel. Some channel and utility work will be completed as part of the project. Questions about the plans must be received by December 1, 2023, 11:00 AM. Any addendum will be issued by December 8, 2023, 5:00 PM.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
