As-Needed Materials Inspection & Geotechnical Engineering Services for Federal Highway Administration Funded Projects, San Diego County, CA

The County of San Diego is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing As-Needed Materials Inspection and Geotechnical Engineering Services for Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Funded Projects. Offerors found to be qualified as a result of this RFSQ will be eligible for award of as-needed contracts. The contract term of resulting contracts is anticipated to be an initial (base) period of one (1) year(s) with four (4) one-year options, at a contract value not to exceed $500,000 each year, for a total amount not to exceed $2,500,000.00. Specific work will be assigned via task orders. Task Orders will be awarded after seeking proposals from all consultants qualified from this solicitation per project. The Consultant and County will negotiate the scope and fees for each task order on a project-byproject basis using the negotiated hourly billing rates specified in the Agreement. Actual execution of task orders will be at the sole discretion of the County. Deadline for questions is November 14, 2023 by 5:00pm. DBE goal is 21%.
