The Department will receive sealed bids for Construction on State Highway in Los Angeles County at Various Locations from Paseo de Las Delicias to Dewey Street. General work description: Place RHMA and construct jointed plane concrete pavement (RSC). Complete the work, excluding plant establishment work, within 515 working days. Complete the work, including plant establishment work, within 765 working days. Complete the plant establishment work within 250 working days. DBE goal is 22%.
