Description
The proposed work consists of the installation of the HVAC System at the West Sacramento City Hall. This project is funded in part by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All project work must meet all applicable codes and requirements. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, and shall perform all work necessary to deliver a completed, workmanlike project ready for safe public use and economical maintenance by City forces. All work shall be completed within 300 working days from the date designated on the Notice to Proceed. Deadline for questions is December 8, 2023 by 5:00pm.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
