ADMS Solution (SCADA, OMS, DMS), Mobility Solution, EMS Solution and Historian Solution Replacement Project, Everett, WA, Sacramento, CA

The District is requesting proposals to procure on-premises software for each of the following solutions: (1) an Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) that is comprised of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Distribution Management System (DMS), Outage Management System (OMS); (2) a Mobility Solution; (3) an Energy Management System (EMS) Solution; and (4) a Historian Solution.. The District requires a single vendor for the ADMS Solution, who shall include in their proposal integration to the District’s enterprise mobile client. No outside vendors will be permitted to propose only mobility. The EMS Solution and the Historian Solution (1) may be part of the ADMS product portfolio or under partnership with another vendor(s) or; (2) may be a separate EMS vendor and a separate Historian Vendor. EMS and Historian Solution Vendors must propose integration to the ADMS Solution. The replacement of ADMS, SCADA, DMS, and OMS systems are covered by a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) grant. The replacement of Mobility, EMS, and Historian systems are not covered by the DOE grant and will require separate contracts and pricing from the DOE grant-awarded systems listed above.
