Description
We are looking for a General Contractor to oversee, manage and/or self-perform as applicable the following tasks: Task 1: Repair siding and skirt of Portables in various locations. Task 2: Abatement of lead paint. Task 3: Paint exterior of buildings. Task 4: Replace gutters at all buildings. Task 5: Slurry, Seal and Stripe existing playground and kindergarten yard.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
