Description
Notice is hereby given that the governing board of the Sacramento City Unified School District will receive sealed bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Matsuyama Elementary School Campus Renewal project. The Project consists of but not limited to: Modernization of the campus including replacement of playground structure for TK - K and higher-grade playgrounds, Complete hard court resurfacing and striping, Playfields renovation with running track, Classroom signage upgrade package, ADA accessibility upgrades for the classroom path of travel, Partial HVAC replacement, Campus wide exterior painting, Campus wide interior painting, Campus wide interior flooring upgrade, and Additive Alternate #1 Kitchen with minor modernization. DVBE goal is 3%.
