The Project is generally described as repair and replacement of the roof at the school’s multi-purpose building involving, but not limited to: Removal of existing metal roof, gutters and downspouts, Removal of existing built-up roof, New standing seam metal roof, gutters, downspouts, New TPO roofing membrane, New sheet metal flashings, reglets and copings, Miscellaneous rough carpentry and electrical work, Joint sealants, and Abatement of hazardous materials. DVBE goal is 3%.
