Description
The Scope of work includes the furnishing of all materials, equipment and the completion of all painting and painter’s finish on all exposed painted exterior surfaces as directed in specs and job walk handouts. All exterior painted surfaces include all currently painted plaster/stucco walls and soffits, doors, door frames, window casings/frames, hand-rails, wood siding, and other painted surfaces specifically called out in the plan sheets handed out at the mandatory job walk, in the colors as specified and as noted in the provided paint specifications and color schedule. The scope includes all painting of relocatable classrooms (as indicated), their ramps, railings and skirting on each site and out-sheds as well. NO interior painting is included as part of this project. DVBE goal is 3%.
