Description
This is a Construction Management Multi-Prime project. The scope consists of the replacement of finishes for overhanging roofs and eaves. Provide new flashing, roofing, sheathing, fascia, and soffits. Includes modifications to existing restrooms, drinking fountains and accessible site pathways and ramps as required for ADA compliance. Includes all other related site improvements as further described in the bid and contract documents. Pre-qualification required. Pre-qualification packages due by April 11, 2024.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
