Description
The Work of this Contract consists of the following: Exterior pressure wash, Prime (one coat using tinted primer), and painting (Two coats) consisting of twenty existing buildings. The scope of work includes but is not limited to all exterior walls, eaves, facia trim, all building pipes, and HVAC equipment currently painted. Additional building dry rot and facia repairs are to be covered under an allowance. DVBE goal is 3%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
