Description
Must be Prequalified with Quality Bidders. The Project consists of: a. One coat of paint of existing campus buildings except for the two “Day Care” buildings. The project includes but not limited to painting and patching of any handrails, window trims, doors, bathrooms. b. The project excludes the painting of wooden trims at the “Theater Building”. c. Owner reserves right to remove and retain possession of existing items prior to start of Contract.
