Description
The Project will be bid as a Base Bid (Schedule A) and Additive Alternate Bids (Schedule B, C, and D) in accordance with the Proposal and Special Provisions. Base Bid (Schedule A) consists of construction of pedestrian, bicycle, and drainage improvements. The improvements include roadway paving, rolled curb and gutter, class 1 bike path, and striping. Additive Alternate Bid (Schedule B) consists of construction of waterline replacement improvements. Additive Alternate Bid (Schedule C) consists of construction of pedestrian sidewalk improvements comprised of asphalt concrete. Additive Alternate Bid (Schedule D) consists of construction of pedestrian sidewalk improvements comprised of concrete. Other items or details not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions must be performed, constructed or installed.
