Description
Project Description: This project consist, in general, of the extension of the existing sunscreen, removal of ceiling tiles, repair hard lid ceilings, repair wall finish, install FRP wall finish, remove and replace existing light fixtures with LED light fixtures, new epoxy flooring with coved base, remove and replace acoustical ceiling tile, new security roll-up gates, new lockers, and plumbing fixtures. Alternate Bid 1: Lower Grandstand and Press Box – Polish concrete floor finish, new metal toilet partitions, toilet accessories, new ceiling suspension system, new gypsum board ceiling finish, and new LED light fixtures. Alternate Bid 2: Women’s Restroom – New metal toilet compartments, new toilet accessories, new LED light fixtures, patch and repair all damaged walls and ceilings, and paint finish. Alternate Bid 3: Visitor’s Locker Room – New PVC ceiling tiles and suspension system, new toilet partitions, and new toilet accessories.
