The Scope of Work involves performing all work and furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, as provided by the Contract Documents, for a completed Work of Improvement, as follows: UVDC In-Line Turbine Generator Hydroelectric Project: New hydroelectric generation facility including CMU building, HVAC, lighting, site civil improvements District-furnished Francis in-line turbine generator package and all associated piping, bypass valve, turbine outlet valve, all electrical equipment, instrumentation, and all related work. Washington Ave UVDC In-Line Turbine Generator Hydroelectric Project: New hydroelectric generation facility including prefabricated building, HVAC, lighting, site civil improvements, District-furnished Pelton in-line turbine generator package and all associated piping, bypass valve, turbine outlet valve, all electrical equipment, instrumentation, and all related work.
