Description

Bids will be received for construction work for the Valencia Marketplace Pipeline Replacement Project. The project is located in the Los Angeles County unincorporated area, Stevenson Ranch, on The Old Road, in the Valencia Marketplace parking lot and behind the stores. The project generally consists of installation of approximately 4,300 linear feet of a 16-inch diameter ductile iron pipeline, 1,070 linear feet of 4-inch through 14-inch diameter ductile iron pipelines, and appurtenances. The work includes, but is not limited to mobilization, trenching, shoring, installation of a waterline and appurtenances; abandonment of an existing water line; traffic control; and all associated work (“Work”) as indicated in the Contract Documents.
