Description
Through this Request for Proposals the City of Banning is requesting Design-Build Proposals from shortlisted Design-Build Teams to perform Progressive Design-Build (PDB) services for the City of Banning Wastewater Treatment Plant and Recycled Water Upgrades Project. The Project will include the completion of the Project design, permits, and construction services, subject to a strictly constrained and managed budget of $60 million inclusive of all design and construction cost, start-up and commissioning, permitting, project management services, construction management services and City held contingencies. The City is undertaking the proposed Project based on the requirements identified by SB991, which allows PDB on any project over $5 million in value that stores, treats, or conveys water.
