Description
The City of Banning is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms for the Design of the Hargrave Grade Separation. The project limits are generally along Hargrave Street between Ramsey Street to the North and Lincoln Street to the South, and between Florida Street to the West and John Street to the East. The project will design a grade separated crossing along the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR).
