Description
Bids are requested for a general construction contract, or work described in general, for the Project, Bid #1464 Interior Improvements Project at Centennial Education Center. The contractor is hereby tasked with providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to execute the following detailed scopes of work for Buildings A, B, D, E, F and G at the Centennial Education Center: Painting: Interior Painting, HVAC Grille Painting, and Special Requirements. Floor Replacement: Removal and Disposal, Subfloor Preparation, Installation of New Flooring, and Special Conditions. Ceiling Tile Replacement: Replacement of Damaged Tiles, and Special Requirements. DVBE goal is 3%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
