Description

The proposed project will consist of the construction of approximately 1,365 feet 10-inch diameter high-density polyethylene (HDPE) force main and appurtenant structures to replace the existing out-of-service 10-inch diameter reinforced plastic mortar pipe (RPMP or Techite) force main for the Herondo Street Pumping Plant, which was constructed in 1970. The project also includes rehabilitation of the existing wet well (MH 30 0366), modifications to the bypass manhole (30 0324) and the discharge manhole (30 0276), and additional upgrades to the existing plant to replace appurtenances that have reached their useful life.
