Description
The Apex Park and Recreation District is issuing this Solicitation for the purpose of: Archery Range construction at the Apex Center located at 13150 W 72nd Ave, Arvada, Colorado 80005. Archery range will be constructed on the south side of the building on a vacant field owned by City of Arvada with an intergovernmental agreement for the use of the land by Apex Park and Recreation District, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado. Contractor will be required to obtain all nescessary permits
Bonds required.
